Chris Elder started building custom homes in the Texas Hill Country in 2002. Over the years, he has refined the processes, the suppliers, and the subcontractors required to offer his clients an extremely high-quality product. Chris Elder Homes has built more than 130 custom homes in Central Texas, along with multiple home remodels and additions. Chris and his team are committed to customer service throughout the building process and through the warranty period. In addition to building homes tailored specifically to the needs of his clients, the company also has been very successful in building “spec” homes, which only are listed on the market once they are completed.
Chris received his BBA in finance from the University of North Texas in 1998 before moving to Austin, and he is married to Wendy Elder.
