If I could do more than five stars, I would!! Wendy was an absolute God-send from the beginning. My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us through this milestone. Wendy was always available to us throughout the process, and very prompt at responding to texts and emails. She’s very friendly and authentic; never pushy when we were trying to make a decision, awesome at listening to us and offering suggestions, and very candid when she didn’t think something would be a good fit for us. The house we bought was actually one she found for us, and we couldn’t be happier here! The search process was made so seamless with her organization skills, patient kind-hearted nature and wealth of knowledge. While the process of putting in offers and actually buying a house is unavoidably stressful, she was consistently proactive and communicated very well with all parties involved, which took the guesswork out of everything for us. We never once doubted that she had our best interests at heart from the start, and she became a dear friend by the end. She came to our closing, and was so genuinely excited as she celebrated with us on our first real home! Wendy sold my house in half a day!  Before it went on market, she made great recommendations on what to update and what not to.  She and her team responded to all my questions promptly and completely.  Wendy priced my house appropriately and got me a great deal.  She knows the Austin area and housing market like no one else and is the best realtor you could find! When I sold my house, I needed to fix up a few things.  A couple of rooms needed repainted and some damaged flooring needed replaced.  Wendy immediately recommended the Compass Concierge Program.  This would allow me to make the updates my house required while allowing me to pay for them when my house sold.  The process could not have been easier.  I received a debit card that I could use to make any purchases related to improving my house.  I updated my landscaping and had the place professionally cleaned, and Wendy actually arranged for the painting and flooring to be done after I moved out, which was extremely convenient.  When my house sold, Compass paid the debit card bill with no extra fees or interest. Wendy and her team did a great job in helping us sell our home. We had listed with a different firm initially but after a year without any offers we interviewed several different agents. Wendy's sales recommendation was the most clear cut, factual, data driven and made the most sense of all of them. Her thoughts on pre-sales fixup items were also well thought out.
