Her focus has been on different facets of both Residential and Commercial Brokerage. In recent years, Wendy expanded her real estate business to include a partnership with her husband, forming a custom home building company. With Keller Williams Realty, she is using her expertise to focus on helping you buy, sell and invest in real estate to meet your specific needs. You’ll find her attention to detail and customer service is the distinct difference that will simplify your real estate experience.
In Wendy’s spare time she loves hanging out in Port Aransas where her family has had a beach house for 15+ years. I also love being in this great city with her friends and trying out new venues for lunch and dinner. Wendy is also a triathlete and competes in races throughout the year, she even ran a race last year on her birthday!
Wendy and Chris Elder were sweethearts in college and had a dream to own their own business together for years.
We met at the University of North Texas in Denton where Chris graduated with a degree in Finance and Wendy with a degree in Real Estate and a Minor in Spanish. We moved to Austin to start our working careers and a year later were married in 1999 overlooking Lake Travis off of Eck Lane.
Their family has deep roots in Austin. They have lived, volunteered and worked in this great city for over 13 years, and are dedicated to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Together, they wear many hats in this business and do land acquisitions, custom home construction, speculative home building, buying, selling, remodeling or investing in real estate – we do it all! As a team, our strengths come from totally different areas and we believe it makes us a unique. We are committed 100% to your success in real estate. Real estate is fun and we would love to share our passion with you.
Chris has been building and remodeling homes for the past 8 years. His background makes him uniquely qualified to evaluate the financial side of the business as well as use his creative background for the design of the projects.
In Chris’ spare time he plays guitar and sings. Chris was a part-time worship leader for 8 years for a church in South Austin.
We have 2 active children, Parker, our daughter and Luke our son. They are truly a gift to us. They make our lives complete and there is never a dull moment when we are all together as a family!
